I had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom to the kitchen ceiling. Mark was clear and upfront with pricing and what work could be involved to fix it. The price was fair and he did an excellent job. He was prompt, on time, and courteous in explaining how he can go about in finding and fixing the leak. For example, he took his time to ask questions and prodded around the house carefully so that he could approach finding the leak in the most minimally invasive way. I’d gladly recommend if you have a leak that needs sorting!

Th e basic problems were diagnosed and fixed very quickly and the water flow problems to my specialist bath have been solved with no major work.

We returned from holiday to a water leak from our bathroom causing flooding to the downstairs flat. Mark came round within 30mins, detected the issue (toilet plumbing) and fixed within a couple of hours as had to go and get parts at a nearby plumbing shop. All quickly dealt with, professionally and politely, many thanks for the great and swift response and repair!
