I found this Trades in a Checkatrade leaflet (Number 27) which was put through my letterbox. I required an Electrical check on a one bedroom flat's electric circuits and sockets plus repairs to electric wall heaters, heated towel rail, the shower room pull switch and the installation of two mains fire alarms. The issue of a EICR certificate at the completion of the work is needed and was done. The Trades (Florin) visited the flat and gave me an acceptable quote - unlike another Trades who quoted over the phone without seeinh the flat which didn't impress me! Florin did the work efficiently.

Florin from MIT Electrical came to my house to assess the job. He took time to understand exactly what I wanted and discussed the options available to me. We agreed a price and he came back two days later to carry out the installation.
