Phil was transparent and communicative from the start. He came around and thoroughly inspected the windows to find the cause of the issue. He booked in a follow up appointment and fixed the issues quickly and was open about the work he was doing. I really appreciated his communication and attitude throughout the job. Phil was great to work with, happy to come out and quote in person (I got a higher quote from someone who didn't visit), he was really personable. Gave a clear timeline, a decent quote, kept me informed of when the glass was ready, then fitted it and took away the old glass. would definitely recommend. My patio doors now look really smart.
