    Restored water following broken shower

    My shower broke, stuck in the “on” position, meaning it was either we had the shower on constantly, or the mains water to the house off. Turns out a new fitting is needed, which Shero has advised on and will come back and fit for me this week when it arrives. Shower has been capped and water restored. Shero came out on a Saturday morning and saved the day! Thank you again :)

    I highly recommend this firm. They go above and beyond to help. Free estimate and advice that was v useful. Good communication and did a great job on time. Much more helpful than any other firms I contacted. Showed a very professional approach. I had a dishwasher plumbed in. All working well.

    The tap was leaking

    Excellent service. He arrived earlier than scheduled, was very polite and professional, and fixed the leak in my kitchen tap efficiently. He also checked all the taps in the house and provided helpful advice. Everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
