Tom recently fitted a new kitchen tap and shower unit for us, he was very professional and carried out the job to a high standard. Would certainly recommend his services to anyone.

Superb 5* service from Tom at Missel Plumbing & Heating who fixed a persistent leak in our bathroom sink with skill and professionalism. He quickly identified the problem, sourced quality replacement fittings, and completed the repair with efficiency and great care. The finish was spotless, and he left the area clean and tidy. Throughout, he was courteous, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. It’s rare to find such reliable craftsmanship these days, and I’m thoroughly impressed. A plumber who genuinely takes pride in his work, would recommend without hesitation and will definitely use again.

Tom has completed various plumbing works in my home. From a new hot water tank & radiators to a whole new shower room including new drainage. All his work was completed to a professional standard. He is a very pleasant & trustworthy person and worked with us, to our budget, to give us a fabulous end result. He also always communicated with me on timing etc. I thoroughly recommend him.

Tom installed a new boiler in a new position and removed the old one. All work was carried out and completed in a clean and timely manner. I am very pleased with the work carried out and can not recommend Tom highly enough. He provides an excellent service. I will most definitely use him again.
