After using another pest control company before, sian was a breath of fresh air she was knowledgeable and very thorough. She managed to pin point the entry and came up with a treatment plan. Unlike the previous pest control company, sian did not just put poison everywhere she used traps, she sealed the entry point. We have had no issues since. Thank you sian

After many years of my mothers house being disused it was time to clear. We was greeted with a smell, we had rats and mice. Mice was running around downstairs and rats in the loft. What i fault was going to be an impossible job, sian made it easy with her plan of action. We are so thankful for this lovely young girl

I had mice on and off for 4 years, i have used all different pest companies with no resolution. Sian came aling and sealed areas located were they was coming in from and sealed areas that no one had looked at in the past. 3 months and i have been free of mice for this is the longest i have gone without the seeing any and without any signs. Sian has been brilliant all the way through this terrible situation that had got out of control.

Sian was understanding thorough and discreet. I initially felt a lot of shame having mice in my home. The work was carried out over numerous visits and would have no issue contacting her again or recommending her if need arose.

Sian was amazing very knowledgeable calm and reassuring. She identified where the rats were entering my property and set a timeline how to treat and finally stop them altogether. I have used other companies in the past that come no where close to @MISSCATCHEM she is very good value, can’t recommend highly enough………….
