Can't recommend M Ireland Builders highly enough ! Mick responded quickly on Checkatrade, called to view the job when he said he would & provided a quote the same day with a courtesy call to check i received it. The quote was a good price, so Mick got to work the following week. The job took 3 visits, & Mick left the property clean & tidy after each visit. I don't live locally to the property, so Mick sent me photos of the work done each day. He was a pleasure to deal with, helpful, friendly & very reliable. Job was exactly what we wanted & exceeded our expectations

Window lintel bowing, due to support being removed to soon, did not complete job paid for although paid in full and being trusted to fit window sill afterwards. Brick work is poor spacing and wall is not plumb level. They rerouted the heating pipes and left us without heating for two days with one radiator still not working. They did get plumber in to do a temporary fix but never resolved it properly. Say they travel nationwide but grumbled about time it ttook o get from their location to ours. Turned up without keys one day said they could cut padlock to work but went home.

Mick did a full damp course and replaster on my whole downstairs and some roof repairs. Him and his team did a great job and were very speedy. Would recommend to anyone in future

First rate work - can’t fault quality of work, friendliness of crew or cost. Jason (tea, milk, one sugar) Matty (coffee, milk, one sugar) and Mick (coffee, as it comes) we’re all great… as was Paul (coffee, milk, two sugars) who joined the team later on. Helpful and professional throughout, and in budget and on time. Thanks guys - it all looks great!

The company were very easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble particularly because access was difficult and no machinery could be used . All materials and rubble had to be manhandled on and off site.
