After a few teething issues in securing the right part from suppliers who failed to meet their delivery promises Mark helped out with interim work to get us up and running temporarily. When supplier and their transport company actually got the part to him, they had sent the wrong part, so Mark sourced from elsewhere I believe one night ,and fitted us the next morning

Very satisfied with the install. Cleaning, tidy and punctual. Was clear on work that needed doing, gave a detailed breakdown. Highly recommend and I will certainly be using again.

Lovely lads. Installed plumbing for a new dishwasher, yet to be purchased. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Mark even offered to come back if the hole drilled into the cupboard was not quite big enough for the dishwasher pipework (Once we've bought one). Would recommend!

Another job that was anything but straightforward due to poor product quality and not workmanship! However Mark and his apprentice went over and above to ensure that a shower was fitted and working. Mark responded promptly to the job enquiry and went over and above by coming out on a Sunday and then returning to replace with the better quality product he sourced (not from Q&B!). Good communication throughout the job, good pricing and respectful of the property. I would have no hesitation in using Mark again and 100% recommend to other potential customers!

Great job, needed washing machine fitting fixing, Mark came out next day and fixed. Reasonable cost too. I’d definitely use them again
