Every thing was excelling, and beautifully done

Tim and his team were honest and reliable throughout the conversion and this was a relief after putting off the work for a while for fear of ending up with cowboy builders! The team turned up on time, left everything tidy and worked tirelessly to get it done on a tight deadline. Everything went smoothly and Tim made sure to explain different aspects as he went so we could be sure the work was being done to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Milestones to friends and family. We now have a fantastic office space that I’m confident will stand the test of time.

Tim of Milestone is brilliant. A rare find in builder these days. Straight talking, honest and to the point. This is what you want on a building project. No BS! He finds solutions not problems. Has an amazing can-do attitude which was impressive and delivers what he says he will. This was not an easy job and involved large steels. Tim is clearly one of life's doers. Communication was always good and he was patient and happy to talk through the plan with me. I greatly appreciated this approach. In short I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend 100%. He has a good team with him too.

Tim was hugely professional, communicates quickly and clearly and always has a solution to problems that arise. I am so please with the conversion and the quality of work is 20/10. Tim and his team were excellent at their work. They had a plan, they worked the plan and found solutions when things affected the plan. Tim also sorted smaller issues out for me that I never knew were possible. His foresight for what he is doing and why allowed him to make suggestions that benefitted me at every turn. Having worked with many builders I can honestly say Tim is now my go to guy

We were 100% satisfied with the quality of the building alterations, plumbing and finishing of the job. All done efficiently and to agreed timetable. Great communication and project planning and we were involved throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

A joy to have Milestones in to do my building work. Whilst it wasn’t the largest of jobs I know I could count on them in the future no matter how big or small the job. Always exceptionally courteous, helpful throughout the process with suggestions of what needed to be done and how. Cleaned up everyday so it didn’t feel like you were living in a building site and always reliable, turned up when they said they would and took as long as they originally estimated. Highly recommend.
