Sam Miller of Millthorpe undertook the task of project manager and construction of the whole project from it’s conception of a chicken barn into 3 single storey dwellings. Sam was committed, with the skill and knowledge to ensure the job ran smoothly, that all supplies and other trades were on site when needed and that site health and safety requirements were adhered to. He was always contactable by phone and text and for face to face meetings. A very conscientious, reliable and trustworthy man that we would definitely recommend and will always use in the future.
