My boiler broke down on Christmas Day afternoon so no hot water for washing up and heat against the frost. I left a text with Miller & Sons in the hope that they might respond when everyone was back to work but I got a reply on Boxing Day morning to say that they were on their way! Greg fixed one part that morning but the boiler needed another part from the wholesalers. They were open the next day so Greg got the part and four hours later the boiler - which is old and difficult to balance up - was back up and running.That was seriously good service and deserves a lot of praise.

Boiler service and subsequent repair to pipe work. All good and carried out quickly and efficiently. Would certainly recommend.

My Boiler pack up in the run up to Christmas, Not an expense I planed on this side of Christmas. I have used Miller & Sones for years, never had a bad job from them, so I called them, I have full trust in them, if they say the job requires an additional expensive part, then it does. It was not a like for like swap, but all done efficiently and in a timely manor, hot water and heating restored. excellent after care if required, always responsive, I would happy-ley recoded them to anyone needing heating or plumbing work, regardless of job size.

Heating system pump suddenly became noisy. Graham was with us at 08:02 am next morning - he replaced the pump, tested the system - and left at 08:30.

This firm was fast and effective providing a boiler service, tap replacement and gas fire safety check. On site staff were skilled and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable, and communication was clear and pleasant, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

Good friendly phone service on making and then amending appointment timing. Good job when plumber came round, all fixed nice and quickly.
