  EPC inspection/certificate

  I needed to arrange an urgent EPC inspection. Terry responded very swiftly, gave me a competitive price for the job and didn't request payment until after the inspection was carried out and the certificate issued. Terry arrived on time, carried out his inspection in a timely manner, he was polite, courteous and explained clearly what he needed to do. He communicated well before, during and after the inspection. I would highly recommend.

  Contacted Terry for an EPC, he was quick to reply with good communication. He competed the job in less than 24 hours of the initial request, including getting the report to me. Would highly recommend and will use again

  Excellent communication and knowledge. Terry was amazing and gave me ideas of how to improve my energy rating. He did it for a great price and turned it around quickly the same day. I would highly recommend this company, they were outstanding and I couldn’t have found a better company to go with.
