New bathroom installed from scratch (back-to-brick) with the complication of having to straighten walls. Mike arrived on the sgreed start date, and progress was brisk and uninterrupted. Mike will accommodate your special requests or concerns without hesitation, and is clearly very enthusiastic about what he does for a living. Tiling is a particular strong point, as is LVT Floor laying. In 2026, Mike is assisted by a particularly special apprentice, a person who is a joy to have around, and, as an aside, his pricing is fair enough.

Mike and Syke have done several jobs for me, a complete bathroom refurb and Amtico flooring throughout my flat. The last instal was flooring to my bedroom. The work was carried out to timescale and so professional, all rubbish disposal dealt with and a beautiful job. Mike is always here when he says he will be and is a tradesman of the highest standard. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I had a new bathroom fitted by Mike Miles and couldn't of asked for a better result when it was finished absolutely fantastic workmanship from start to finish quality of the parts used is second to none .when Mike was finished well to be honest it was like he was never here not so much as a speckle of dust incredible and so polite, nothing was to much trouble would and have recommended him to all my friends and family and my neighbours faultless !

So lovely to find such a helpful and reliable pair as Mike and Skye I was given there contact information from a friend, who was very impressed with their work. I needed someone trustworthy patient and reliable to completely renew my mum’s bathroom, and we got what we wanted in abundance so helpful and nothing was to much trouble , we changed our minds several times and he was happy to get it right for us, the work was done promptly professionally and super tidy . The finished result was highly impressive, I wouldn’t hesitate in having them in the future I would highly recommend

Right from the beginning Mike was polite, reliable and communicative. He listened to my needs and designed and fitted a beautiful bathroom. He and Skye completed within the timeframe and even completed some extra jobs I asked for. Mike has completely two bathrooms in my daughter’s house and I can see why she recommended him. I would absolutely use MBK again and thoroughly recommend.

We recently had a full bathroom replaced by MBK. From the start of the process, initial meeting, quote, advice on bathroom suppliers Mike was amazing. A new bathroom isn’t cheap so I had lots of questions for Mike before he even started! He was very helpful and always replied to my texts or phone calls in a timely manner. Apart from the plasterer, Mike and his apprentice Skye carried out all work. They covered all “walk” areas with protective flooring. They worked non stop, and tided their work areas every night. The quality of the entire installation was to an excellent standard.
