Michael contacted me very quickly after I posted the job. He gave a very reasonable quote and his availability met my needs. He arrived punctually. Changed the barrels on the 3 locks that we wanted to be changed. He even changed the way in which the locks worked to fit in with our needs. We were impressed with his professionalism and work and have contracted him to do further work.

Mike was upfront about the challenge for replacing the locking mechanism on a window on a first floor flat. He did mention that he may not be able to do the job but got on with finding solutions. He was then very clear on what will need to be done and even though we got the wrong order from the supplier he visited 2/3 times and at every point communicated clearly and was very courteous. An honest, hard working tradesman, and he left providing further advice for an issue that I have on another issue.

Michael was just brilliant. As a woman living alone and being partially deaf safety is extra important and Michael felt safe and professional and kind immediately. He communicated politely, clearly and regularly, he identified the issue in clear language and suggested ways to remedy it. He communicated timescale and costs clearly, helpfully and did the work so well- easily, quickly, neatly, professionally and made sure I could work and use the door easily before he left! Cant recommend him highly enough!
