10 Plastering and Laid New Flooring

Mike plastered and skimmed a bedroom that was badly in need of repair. One wall had exposed brick to due to previous plaster coming away, which was then letting in damp and outside water. Mike took care of it all. He was efficient, meticulous and polite. Once he completed the walls, he laid new laminate flooring. Again, it was to a high standard and I could then decorate it as I wished. I finally had my bedroom back! I can’t praise Michael enough he is an excellent tradesman and carpenter and I have been using him continually for 3 years on both business and personal projects. He has fitted floorings, built custom radiator covers , painted my house, tiled bathroom, built a shed , refitted kitchens the list is endless and I am always so happy with the results. Job location: SE13I don’t really like writing reviews, but with the service and care I received i have to recommend Mikes renovation to everyone. From the first contact the service was 10/10. He was nice and friendly on the phone, came early everyday and was great with communicating with us every step of the way.

Mike started at the age of 8, collaborating and shadowing his father, who was also a general builder. Engaging in joint ventures and gaining hands-on experience with traditional techniques. One of his first proud projects from a young age was creating a bed with his hands. It was durable and lasted for over 15 years within the family home. From an early age, Mike learned the importance of precision and attention to detail. This has been a transformative journey that created lasting memories and skills he carries with him today.
