They showed up on the Friday… seen the job, asked for more money. I accepted. Hung around for 20 minutes then buggered off saying they would be back Monday. I called Monday morning 20 minutes after they said they would be at my house. He said he’s on his way, obviously still in bed, and that’s the last I heard. Phone switched off. I paid for emergency plumber so I was ready and now got a 9 year old sleeping downstairs because Ive got 2 bedrooms out of use. An absolute disgrace, without honour and pride. Shameful to act like this when he knew how this would have an affect. Now scrambling…

Mike was awesome! Not only did he have the pressure of my three year old watching him work whilst chewing his ear off, he completed the job with the utmost professionalism.
