Work carried out and completed in an efficient and professional manner

Fantastic service from Michael and his team, excellent, clear communication throughout from requesting a quote to arranging a date to do the work. Turned up at the exact time of 8am when they said they would, worked tirelessly throughout the day, did a great job and tidied up after themselves. Will be recommending them to friends and family and would definitely have them back again.

I chose Mike Horizon Roofing Ltd. Mainly from their reviews, and I was not disappointed. From the moment I agreed the very reasonable quote to the completed project. Mike and his sons did an excellent job, they were on time and cleared up each day with their friendly and professional can do attitude made the whole experience a joy and I would use them again and recommend to all.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and his team. We have had a leak in our roof for a number of years and a few different roofers have tried and failed to find the source. Mike’s team came out and spent a considerable amount of time working out where the leak was and the cause. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and did excellent work. Mike was helpful in providing information that I needed for planning permission applications (conservation area), he provided a clear works plan and provided updates on progress throughout his completion of the works with no surprises. Mike’s team were polite and respectful, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They completed the job in the exact time that Mike estimated - they were on site ready to go at 8am everyday and ensured we were sealed each evening in case it rained overnight. I would have no hesitation recommending Mike.

From start to finish, good communication, great work ethics shown by all who attended, kept area clean after them and showed great respect to us and our neighbours resulting in more jobs for them. Totally trustworthy and we would highly recommend.
