Mike Bailey flooring were very prompt, polite and professional.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. The living room had damp, the joists were all rotting so Mike replaced the whole sub floor ready for the new LVT flooring. Mike also was asked to strip all the walls and redecorate, because of the damp some of the walls fell down which then needed fixing. Mike was able to fix this as well as complete all the other work. I would highly recommend Mike and his team who take great pride in their work. Thanks again Mike!

Mike was responsive, detailed and provided good advice on the best approach to the job.

Mike and Dean were superb. The job was to level a very difficult landing floor by sistering the joists and lay a new subfloor ready for carpeting. They did an excellent job and managed it all in one day, which was especially appreciated as we have a young baby and wouldn’t have been able to deal with an absent floor overnight. Will be using them again for future projects.

We changed the flooring that had been covered by carpet long term into solid wood-Mike & Dean were exceptional.The quality of the work is second to none & their attention to detail very impressive.Whilst doing such a large job we came across issues that had been hidden away previously - Mike didn't simply do a quick job, he highlighted issues when and if they appeared so that we could rectify, even if these meant a delay with Mike. I cannot recommend Mike & Dean enough - wonderful work & two very pleasant people to have around for 18 months! :-D
