  Block paving driveway

  Terry and his team recently completed our driveway works on our house in Belfast. We got various quotes but terry had the best ideas, fantastic advice and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his team were exceptionally quick with the completion of the job, clean and neat in their work and totally professional throughout. We now have the nicest driveway in the neighbourhood and are absolutely delighted, would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them for more jobs as our renovation works continue!

  Asphalt driveway installed

  Just got my concrete driveway replaced with asphalt and couldn't rate Mid Ulster property solutions highly enough. Terry and his team were so easy to deal with from start to finish, nothing was an issue. They came when they said they would, did a savage amount of work in two days and left a fantastic job behind them. Also left the place spotless. Would definitely recommend. Thanks lads

  New patio with artificial grass

  Cant thank terry and his team enough for the work done to my garden, very clean and tidy from start to finish. He is a very busy guy with jobs flying in but yet he managed to squeeze me in 1week ahead of schedule. They don't cut corners, superb work made to last. He is really passionate about his work so he will go out of his way to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Very reasonably priced too.

  Excellent dedicated team, very polite and courteous. We had a big driveway space but due to some logistical issues of stairs and gradients we were not able to make full use of it. Terry and his team revolutionised our driveway, and that too at a very competitive and reasonable rate! Couldn’t recommend enough
