Midland Roofing & Repairs LTD did a fantastic job fixing my chimney, replacing damaged roof tiles and fixing the lead flashing. Walter the business owner is a lovely chap and explains the issues clearly, worked efficiently, and finished the job in one day. Walter’s communication is excellent and talks you through every process of the work being carried out, including taking photographs of before and after shots of the repair work. The crew that were with Walter were on time, polite, respectful, and cleaned up everything before they left. The price was very fair, I would highly recommend!"

Walter started by coming out to inspect the work what needed to be carried out, give me a quote which I was happy with & got me booked in , Walter & his team where nothing but professional through out taking me step by step through the work , re pointed both of my chimneys to front & back of property, done the lead flashing to both , the leak has now gone & I am winter ready . Would highly recommend to friends & family also for any of my own future work .

A positive experience from the beginning when Walter came to have a look before quoting. A really nice guy who came back to me with a very reasonable price. He kept me informed as to when he would be able to do the work and arrived as promised. He and his colleagues did a great job and worked hard all day with only a brief lunch break.

Walter and his boys recently repaired our roof, replacing old felt and tiles. They completed the work quickly and professionally, showing me close up pictures of the problem areas so I could see what it was like before being fixed. Walter is good to deal with, friendly, not pushy. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
