  The job was explained fully and the reason for doing it which was helped by photos taken of the problem areas, before I had to confirm that I wanted the job done, which was very helpful. The work was done efficiently and promptly. The speed of the work was impressive considering they didn't use scaffolding. I was sent pictures of the work done which confirmed my decision.
