Mo arrived a couple of hours after contact, I explained that the boiler was tripping out every night. So he came in and took all the panels off, re-pressurised the boiler to higher than it's norm. Reset it and it started up. I said that I had reset it every morning but he said all done , took his money and left.
Next morning it tripped out again as I said it would. So what exactly did I pay for?

Thank you for your review, David. I attended promptly and restored the boiler’s operation at the time. You did not contact me afterwards to advise the fault had reoccurred, so I was not given the opportunity to return and reassess. As explained during the visit, the boiler is of significant age, has not been regularly maintained, and many parts are now obsolete. I advised that an upgrade would be the most reliable long-term solution. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss this further.
