Mo rang me twice before arriving. Once to give me a rough time frame and the another to give me around half hours notice. When he arrived he was very polite and respectful, asking if he needed to remove his shoes before entering the house. He talked me through everything he was doing and what the issue was with the boiler. He really is an amazing engineer and we’d be happy to recommend him to anyone.

We have had no heating or hot water since Thursday and went on check a trade and Mo accepted and came this afternoon and told us what was wrong and fixed the problem. Very efficient and good service.
