Another amazingly efficient EPC from Akeel. I used him once about a year ago and again last week for properties in Redditch. He is friendly, polite and professional. He turns up when he says he will and gets on with the assessment with the minimum of fuss. I wouldn't use anyone else now. I called Midlands Energy Performance Certificate on a very last minute request. The gentleman was very helpful and squeezed an appointment in on short notice. He arrived on time at the agreed time. Charge was reasonable even though it was a last minute squeeze. Very friendly guy and same day the certificate was made ready.
