It was necessary to provide a replacement sewer CCTV report for the water company, in order for them to give the final approval for a Build Over Agreement. I contacted Midlands Drainage through the web form inquiring about their services. Matt responded, reassuring this was a specialist service to water authority standards. The survey date was booked and confirmed on the day. Matt answered all my questions on the day, and after receiving the detailed report, with patience and reassurance.
