After AO.Com left us with a hole in the worktop and no hob (they had taken ours away without fitting the new one) Matt was able to come by same day to cut into the worktop so that our new hob would fit. He saved the day for my 2 year old who was very excited about pancake day! Couldn't recommend more highly, all communication was clear, the work was done promptly as tidily as possible, and everyone I spoke with were compassionate and respectful. Thank you!

Undertone fantastic public toilet refurbishment at the abbey ground park in Cirencester. Andy and Ethan were fantastic and the quality of the works were second to none.

Undertook a large extension to the rear of my property and the work was fantastic. We love our new big folds and kitchen space and it has given us the space to grow our family.

I rue the day I met Ian Smith who owns MBM. Work was delayed from the start. When the garage was knocked down the wall which is part of my house was damaged. It took months for a bricklayer to repair and relay the bricks. Rubbish was left outside my property for weeks which looked awful. Asbestos was also left in front of my property for over a month before it was removed. Plaster was dumped in my garden. My brush was broken and left for me to replace. A nearly full bag of concrete was left for me to dispose of. I immediately paid the bill and was sent 2 reminders to pay it.

Took over 4 months to complete. Sent incompetent workmen. Did substandard work. Didnt turn up when they said. Spent all my summer waiting for them to turn up. The lack of communication from the boss to the receptionists seems non existence. Signed off on the job 2 month's before it was actually fixed, disgusting! The receptionists are amazing, the only reason that company is stll running.

Phoned day before. Drains blocked, came out next day first thing and resolved the problem
