Matt arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job replacing the cambelt, water pump, coolant, and auxiliary belt on my Skoda. His mechanical work is clearly top-tier and the car runs great. There was an error with the part, no fault of his own. Matt was proactive about this and worked on other things in the meantime. The job didn’t take much longer than originally anticipated. The only downside was that he accidentally spilt a significant amount of engine coolant all over my driveway, which is now a pain to clean up as it can’t just be hosed down. Had issues with getting my car to move when I put the handbrake down. When Mathew came out of course it shifted but he was so good and gave me some advice on what the issue could be and explained it really well. Following this, I had him out again where he was able to identify the cause and gave further recommendations of what needed to be done without any pressure. He managed to do the work and was fantastic and I'm so glad I found him. Made me feel confident in my car again which is worth it's weight in gold. Thank you.
