  changed my garden from a awful mess to a lovely lanscaped garden using resin and fake grass. work ethic was brilliant and even though i had limited rear access, the manually did everything i needed with spades instead of digger. ty foor such an excellent job

  Resin patio

  Percy and his team have done a fantastic job on my garden patio. From ripping the old patio up, preparing the ground to putting down the resin. All mess was taken away. The resin and border look so nice, very low maintenance. Highly recommend

  We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Midland Driveways and Landscaping. Last week, we had a new drive laid and a boundary fence built by Percy and his team. The work was carried out with professionalism and care. All the staff were friendly, approachable, courteous and considerate. We were extremely pleased with the result and one of our neighbours, a retired builder, described it as a ‘perfect job’.

  Gravel driveway and resin patio

  Percy and his team transformed our driveway and patio. We are incredibly pleased with the finished job; it is exactly what we hoped for! Throughout the process his communication was clear, timely and always honest and we felt in safe, professional hands throughout. He fully collaborated with us and was lovely to have on our property for the two weeks. We would recommend him without reservation.

  New parking space created

  Percy came out to quote within 24 hours, and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained my options clearly, explaining the features and benefits of them all. Once my decision was made, Percy provided a very competitive quote and booked in the job. Everything was handled so promptly, and the team have done a SUPERB job converting a wasted grass area into a lovely parking space / driveway.
