Shaz was excellent with communication. Taking the time to discuss the issue over the phone to try and diagnose the problem - offering availability for the next morning. Shaz and his colleague arrived promptly (even waited for me as I was running late!). They thoroughly inspected and diagnosed the issue before carrying out a full powerflush of my central heating system. The work was done systematically and with complete professionalism. They left no mess behind and even made an effort to clean up afterwards. Shaz followed up later to make sure everything was running smoothly! Highly recommend!
