Miguel was fantastic - communicating quickly and clearly, very helpful - he came round to look at my broken chair leg, explained the problem and offered to take it away and repair it - ready the next day, with a reasonable fee. Highly recommended

Michenuels renovated an oak table for us. Its surface was in a very bad way; it had become 'sticky'. We are extremely pleased with the resurfacing which Michenuels carried out. The table looks like new, and it can now be wiped clean very successfully. They were also very efficient. Arrived on time; managed to take the table apart even though we have lost the handle for it; negotiated return time to suit us. Altogether very satisfied customers.

Had vintage Ebony wood chairs needing repair and TCL. Miguel was very professional, knowledgable, an expert about his craft -and honest. Provided a swift and reasonable assesment and quote. Undertook the work and returned the chair fully restored within 3 days! Awesome, quality service from a a true craftsman. Can highly recommend.

As a single lady I am always a bit aware of trades people. I put a post on Checker trader and Miguel was the only one to respond. It was a small job, but I thought there must be a catch here. He turned up on time and was happy smiley with a can-do attitude. I can’t explain what a real profession he is .. I get trades people who think you are a woman and dumb. His work is amazing I am so pleased I can’t rate him enough. He did an amazing job and was again so lovey but respectful. They were helpful, ‘human’ - offered practical advice and did everything they said they were going to do. Arrangements for picking up and dropping off the chest and for payment were easy and the finished article made me very happy indeed. An incredibly neglected and stained chest now looks glowing and in great shape. I like that they share the founding and background of the company on their website too. Very happy to recommend them.
