  Unnecessary work

  I have a damp alcove and paid out nearly £2,000 to fix it but it's still very damp and the works done were unnecessary and didn't prevent the damp. I cannot afford to have more experimental work done to prevent and stop the damp.

  Felt change , roof fixed

  These guys were very professional from start to finish. They arrived on the designated day, explained the roofing work clearly, and carried it out to a high standard. There are no leaks, they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and guarantees were provided. Everything was completed as agreed and I would definitely recommend them.

  Ridge tile replacement

  I had a broken ridge tile that needed replacing. Michael's Roofing and Building had very good communication and availability to come and do a repair. It was carried out quickly and efficiently and would recommend.

  New roof - very happy

  I was very impressed and pleased with the work carried out by Michael’s Roofing. We had a whole roof replacement in August - new lining, battens and tiles on our house, along with new guttering, facias etc. From the quote through to snagging (very small list!) I was happy. The team were extremely quick, and tidy. Good price, and excellent work. Michael was also very easy to contact and deal with. I’d recommend the firm to anyone.

  Roof retiled including soffits and guttering.

  An excellent job from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the work. Very professional workers who got on with the job who were mindful of us and the property and personable and polite. If any issues occurred, they were dealt with in a professional way and we were always informed of what was happening. I would thoroughly recommend this firm and would certainly use them again.

  From start to finish michael and his team were brilliant. Communicated often and got the work done in a very quick, but thorough manner, with excellent workmanship throughout. Couldn't recommend them more to anyone needing to get similar work done!
