Work was done well, good comms and good service thanks

I recently had an annex built and couldn't be happier! Michael Schallhorn was fantastic - professional, reliable and easy to talk to. He liaised with the architect and building inspector, worked well with other trades and handled any issues smoothly. The whole process was stress-free, on time and within budget. The quality and attention to detail are excellent, highly recommend Michael for anyone wanting a skilled, trustworthy builder!

Mike was a pleasure to deal with. It is hard to get some in the building trade to respond, but Mike kept in touch, turned up on time and did a good job. What more could you ask?

Mike and team very friendly and professional. Awkward access to job involving removal of glass roof panels from conservatory. Weather held job up, and glass panels temporarily put back in place - no problem for Mike. Very clean and tidy job throughout. Quality of finished work is excellent. Good level of communication throughout, and very accommodating of our requirements. Cost came in at original quote - no extras. Highly recommended.

Could not recommend Mike and the team highly enough. We were relatively new to the area and had concerns about picking the right person for the job. We couldn’t have hoped for better than Mike. His team are a great bunch of guys and work tirelessly throughout the day. He also organised all the trades people we needed for the entire job and he worked flexibly around them. This really made things a lot easier for us. Work has been completed to a high standard and on budget. If you are looking for someone you can trust then you don’t need to look any further than Mike.

I contacted Mike and his Team to look into a roof leak on a flat roof. Mike reviewed the job and was able to determine it was a crack to the gable wall rather than a faulty roof. The job was priced very competitively and the work started within a week of the site inspection. I had daily updates while the work was carried out (the work was carried out at my parents house). Quality of work really good and the Team very courteous when dealing with my elderly parent. Thanks Mike.
