  Architectural and structural plans for house rebuild

  Mike did a fabulous job in designing and drawing up plans for our extensive house rebuild. From the outset he was keen to ensure that we had considered all options in the design phase. He initially produced several different options for us to consider, then, when we had narrowed it down to our preferred choice, he worked through several iterations with us to fine tune the design. That then seemlessly transferred into Building Regs and Structural plans for us to give to our builder. All in all, very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

  Design of two storey side extension and building regulation drawings

  Had a great experience working with Mike and his team. We were not looking forward to undertaking building work from the beginning but the project got off to a great start with Mike. Very professional and courteous, comms very timely and Mike gave great advice and made unsolicited suggestions for cost savings. Work was done efficiently and price was very reasonable - very happy and would recommend.

  After meeting with several architects, Mike stood out with his creativity, attention to detail and understanding of our goals for our property. Once we gave him the green light, he surpassed our expectations with his ideas for the plans and with every iteration he went above and beyond to optimise from both an aesthetic and practical point of view. After several rounds of iterations, we have now approved the design and are moving into planning – we couldn’t be happier with the service that Mike has provided and hope to be able to use his services later on in the project.
