Replacement of shower tray

Mike did an excellent job replacing my cracked and leaking shower tray, going well beyond a basic fix. He added a custom wooden support beneath the new tray - something omitted by the original installer - and managed to soak and grind off the bottom row of vertical tiles from the plasterboard, avoiding the need to use mismatching pieces for the repair. He renovated the shower screen before reinstallation, even though the screen's fault was not related to the leak. I was impressed by Mike's thoroughness and skill. I'd be happy to use him again for any plumbing work.

Michael is a really good guy. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and reassuring. Identified the problem immediately, booked in a date (quickly) to sort it and sorted it. No hassle, no time wasting. Great work, great price. Definitely recommend and will use him again.

He fitted a dishwasher and a radiator

I am really pleased. He was reliable, prompt, did a perfect job, cleaned up after himself and had the job done the day he said ge would. I have had nothing but problems with tradesmen in the past. Its my first experience of using a trademan off checkatrade and its been a really good experience. Like a breath of fresh air. I will always use checkatrade now, I hope they are all as good as Mike.
