Thank you for choosing myself to clean your furnishings. I use the best steam and dry cleaning equipment to clean your carpets and upholstery, for this I am fully insured and carry full Public Liability and Treatment Risk Cover up to £2 million.
All the cleaning chemicals I use on your furnishings I guarantee to be of the highest quality giving you outstanding performance.
I offer products to cover a wide range of requirements for carpets, fabrics, floors and on-going maintenance. These products are developed by the market leader to meet strict performance, safety, quality and environmental criteria.
I will do my utmost to clean any spots and stains but if a stain has been on your carpets or upholstery for a while that does make it far more difficult to remove. The same applies to dog or cat odour, as the odour can sink into the underlay which unfortunately I cannot do much about other than to recommend you have the underlay replaced. However the results after cleaning and deodorizing are impressive.
Also if you have applied a shop bought ‘cleaner’ such as Vanish or 1000+1 and applied it to the stain that can cause more problems than it solves. As the reside is still there, therefore pollutants will and do get attracted to the area that is why over time the affected area gets darker and soils again quickly.
Whilst I’m in your home working on your furnishings you may have been considering other carpets or upholstery that could benefit from a clean, if so please ask for a quote before I have finished as the cost of an extra room or two will be a lot less due to the fact that all the equipment and myself are already on site.
