We recently had our kitchen extended, we accepted Micks quote. He came in December 2024 and laid the floor, but after just a few weeks we noticed cracks in the grout, lots were loose and some cut wrong size. He was meant to come the other week, but didn't show up, so another date was scheduled. He turned up, 'fixed' less than half the tiles and then just disappeared, he didnt say he was done for the day, or that he was returning to finish the job. He has now not shown up and I'm left in a mess with loose tiles, half finished grouting!

Would not recommend Mick, he was recommended to tile our family bathroom and only completed half the job. He left us without finishing around the bath and the floor is awful. He then ignored all calls and never came back to finish the job and we have had to have someone else in to finish the job and pull up the floor to redo it.

Pleasant guy came round to make sure he knew what we wanted put a proposal which we were poleased with did the job as scheduled and we are happy.
