Mike was brilliant right from the initial phone call all the way through to completing the job. He came out and showed us exactly what was wrong with the cistern and gave us options - 1) source replacement parts (unlikely due to the age and make) or 2) replace the complete cistern. He tried to source the parts but we ended up replacing the cistern due to lack of availability. He came on a Saturday to complete the job and kept us informed throughout the day of where he was with the work. Everything was completed to a high standard in a timely fashion and for a great price. Highly recommended.
