Mia Property Construction fitted my high end kitchen to an extremely high standard. Illie was recommended by a neighbour. The job required high attention to detail as it is a relatively small galley kitchen. Many issues arose and Illie professionally dealt with each problem extremely well. Illie also went beyond the brief due to unexpected circumstances. Multi skilled including joinery, electrics, plumbing, tiling. I was very impressed. Everything was cleared away and left clean. Illie is extremely hard working and I cannot recommend him enough.

I used Ilie to fit 10 fire doors in my property. His workmanship was exceptional, very clear communication throughout and no hidden extras or costs. He was punctual, polite and clean, no mess was left after each day and he stuck to the agreed schedule. Would highly recommend and will use again.

We have replaced the very old kitchen with a new one and changed the floor. Ilie planned and organised the whole thing for us. He gave us useful advice and solutions on how to sort out the random water pipes sticking out from the floor and almost collapsing ceiling in the kitchen. Professional, honest and punctual. The job was to replace the wooden balustrades with glass panels and to put a bannister in. Ilie came to look at the job, took measurements of the stairs and listened to what I wanted. Im so happy with the end result! Both Ilie and Artemis are friendly, courteous professionals and just get on with the job at hand. They are both very hard workers and take pride in their work. Their work is to such a high quality standard and the price I was quoted was very reasonable. Will definately be hiring again when I have more jobs.
