I needed an EPC report for a property. We agreed a time and date and the company turned up on time and prepared the report. They kept me informed at all times and did a great job.

Full praise to Miah EPC surveyors for conducting an EPC report on my Brentwood flat. Miah arranged a slot for me within days of my request and conducted a clean and professional survey leaving everything clean and tidy and gave me excellent advice and ideas for improvement. I was most happy with Miah and would happily recommend his service to my friends and family.

Honestly, this was the best EPC experience I’ve ever had. Super professional, really helpful, and you could tell he actually cared about doing a great job not just ticking boxes. I won’t work with anyone else for EPCs again. On a rating of 1-10, he would be a 15.
