The team replaced a first-floor window and added in lintels for four windows when it was discovered these were missing. The work looks really good, the window is good-quality and nicely fitted and they made sensible suggestions on the design. Also really appreciated that they sorted out getting a builder for the lintels promptly because that was at short notice. They are prompt to reply on email and happy to correspond this way. A few times they had to cancel e.g. surveying visits at short notice due to workload or staff sickness but the actual work was done well and as promised. Recommend.

MHW have created a lovely conservatory for us, the guys were polite, friendly and cleaned up well. Michael and team were always available for queries and kept in touch as needed. One small aftersales issue was sorted within 24 hours of reporting it.

Very pleased with the quality of workmanship and efficiency. They were helpful and very competitive with the price to complete the work .

I have to say that I cannot rate this company highly enough. I've had my broken double glazing units today and MHW have done a marvellous job. Joanna, in the office, is extremely responsive and always wished me 'a lovely weekend' or 'enjoy your day' every time & was very efficient. Ben came to measure up, arrived on time, and was very friendly, polite & helpful. Mac did the installation. He was respectful of myself & my home, extremely polite & courteous and very friendly. He did a splendid job and I am so thrilled with my new, clear windows. What a lovely chap :-) Recommend highly *****
