Contacted Marcus in the morning said he’d be free in the afternoon to call and do the job which he did , Marcus is polite professional friendly and cleaned up after himself . Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Marcus is nice and easy to communicate with via whatsapp. There was no messing about with dates, we did one meeting at my house first to look at the job that needed doing, then we booked in a date to actually do the work. Marcus bought a plasterer with him so I didn't have to contact anyone else to patch up the wall in the places where the old radiator had been removed! No complaints.

Had a leak due to hose on kitchen tap failing at 11pm on Friday. Turned water off and submitted quote requests on Checkatrade to see if we could get sorted ASAP. Marcus responded promptly despite it being a bank holiday weekend and provided a clear quotation. Marcus arrived soon after and was professional and friendly. He checked what materials were needed and obtained these before completing the job to a high standard. We submitted the initial quote request at around 8.30am and the job was done by around 11.30am so we were very happy with the service.

Did some upgrading in my bathroom a couple of months ago! Did an absolute amazing job! Fallen in love with my bathroom again! Brilliant with communication and giving me updates throughout the job! Would absolutely recommend this plumber to all my friends and family! 10/10 on service

Avoid this person at all cost. Agreed a price, spent the first week here but dipped in & out all week taking a very long time "getting supplies". He dented my wall after just having it plastered, he damaged an expensive picture frame that is no long repairable and he has left me with a leaking pipe on my toilet. He forgot to book the joiner to box the end of my bath in so he got his mate to come round to do it with old wood & still charged me full price. I paid half up front, we have parted ways even though the tiling needs finishing, electrics need finishing & refit remaining. Out of pocket!

Turned up on the first day and told me he was thinking about sacking off our job Then proceeded to spend the next few days bad-mouthing other customers, driving 3 hour round trips for materials that he could have gotten down the road and chatting on the phone. When I asked him to buy materials closer to our home to spend more time on site, he shouted at me, collected his tools and left the job leaving us without a working boiler and no hot water. Avoid at all cost!
