Very efficient and readily adaptable when I asked for adjustments to design. Sound advice given throughout the fitting and building. Work was completed to a high standard.

Mark did a brilliant job refurbishing our family bathroom. Mark was reliable, a good communicator and finished the project to a very high standard.

Mark suggested a shower tray to replace our tiles that were no longer watertight. He worked really hard to take out the old tanked area, a job that not everyone would be willing to take on. We are really happy with our refreshed shower including a new two way valve he also retrofitted in the wall tiles. Mark was very tidy and personable, worked hard and is clearly very good at his job. He also seems to be a problem solver with a positive can do attitude. I really appreciate that he fitted us in around other bigger jobs so that we didn’t have to wait many months for a slot.

Mark did a full rip out and renovation of my main bathroom. He did a great job, keeping me informed throughout and produced a great end result. He's trustworthy, hard working and skilled at what he does. Would definitely use again if I have more work in the future. Thanks Mark.

I was apprehensive of using a plumber that I hadn’t used before but wow!!! Mark went above and beyond to fix our problem. It was evident to see his vast amount of knowledge and experience in his trade. He was polite, courteous, trustworthy and reliable. I would recommend him to anybody. If you want satisfaction and to feel that you have found a plumber that actually cares then choose Mark!!!

Mark came up with a good solution to remove the shower through the adjoining wall so that the relatively new tiles were not damaged.
