Mark contacted me very quickly after my job was posted on Checkatrade. He came to my house that afternoon (it was during a cold snap and temperatures were below freezing) and diagnosed the problem with my boiler but, as it was very elderly, I asked him about a replacement. He was very upfront and helpful. I opted for a new boiler which was installed quickly and with minimum fuss and mess. The cost was very reasonable. Mark was very informative, answered all my queries and kindly replaced broken radiator valves. I would recommend him as a trusted tradesman.

Mark fitted a new boiler efficiently. The site survey was open, honest, knowledgable and informative without any pressure. This was followed up with a competitive written estimate and the installation date was quick and convenient. The work done on site was efficient and effective when power flushing the system, installing a new radiator and a new boiler. The work was carried out very tidily and respectively without damage to any furnishings. On completion everything was made clean and tidy all all redundant boiler and parts removed. Finally Mark fully demonstrate how to use the new boiler.
