Great job and quick and efficient

Maz built a bike storage area to the highest standard. He completed a brief survey at the house to understand the job fully, provided a quote and once approved was quick to arrange dates for completing the work. The job was completed quickly and looks absolutely excellent. Maz was extremely responsive to any queries, arrived at my property promptly to do the job and I would definitely recommend him to anyone with any similar jobs required.

I find it so nerve-racking trying to find a reputable trader but thankfully I found Maz at MHJ Property Maintenance. Honestly, I can't speak any higher of the service that they provided. The communication was second to none, I knew exactly where we were at at every stage of the process and work performed was exceptional. Attention to detail was fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly upon completion. Finally, the customer service they provided was extremely friendly and I look forward to working with them on a number of other projects in the near future. Highly recommend!

Maz removed my old bathroom suite, refitted a new one and retiled the whole bathroom. The work and price was exceptional!

This project was secondary after MHJPropertyMaintenance were entrusted to replace our stone flooring and apply wood flooring. We found Maz to be very hardworking and honest. Each project area began with a 20 minute discussion on the work required for redecorating (flooring) and paints being used. He kept to timelines and always took care to take additional steps to reduce any wastage and spillages - so the project was completed within budget and without mess. We have another room design and painting project in early Spring and will definitely use MHJPropertyMaintenance again!
