We hired Matt, who started at the end of July 2025 to fit our Howdens kitchen and utility room. While skilled and initially professional, work paused in mid-August 2025 due to holidays and delays with Howdens. He came back in mid-September to finish all the work but didn’t end up completing the project and has now disappeared. Despite numerous calls/messages, we received no response in 8 weeks. We had to hire other trades (plumbers, electricians, tilers, handymen), to finish the work we had paid him in full to do, causing a lot of stress, frustration, and financial strain. Cannot recommend!

Matt fitted a new kitchen work top yesterday. Matt collected the work top for me and did a brilliant job. Matt arrived on time, I found him to be trustworthy and I was really pleased with the end result. He even removed all the waste for me, which was really kind of him. Thanks for all your work Matt.

Matt was extremely helpful when he came round and gave me a very good quote to supply and fit 2 new units and fit and vent an extractor fan. He did the bulk of the work quickly and to a good standard but said he needed to return with new doors for the units and to do the venting. After nearly 3 months, he has failed to do that and is now not even responding to my messages. I (stupidly) paid him the full sum as he told me he had a family crisis and seemed both helpful and trustworthy. I have waited 11 weeks and am left with unfinished work and no funds to pay for someone else to complete it.
