  Expensive and a nightmare experience

  I rang this company explaining to them that the oil was causing problems. They came and looked at the car whilst I was at work. They incorrectly diagnosed that it was the fault of the battery. The Green Flag mechanic who came out to rescue my car told me there was an oil problem and towed my car to my mother's house where I was visiting. The company incorrectly diagnosed a battery problem. £485 for work didn't need doing. Car broke down again 3 days later with a severe oil problem as I told MH was the problem. Car is now off the road. Nightmare experience.

  He called us for his car issue (car not starting) Call out charge: £120 (he was agreed) Battery:£120 Wiring issue :£240 and he agreed and even I said:our job is guaranteed if we couldn't resolve the problems don't pay anything We resolve the problems,test drive it and etc....and everything was fine I don't understand why some customers like this ,your car back to road and you was agreed for price and even I said the job is guaranteed, with out any call out you put negative review????? If you wasn't happy with our price,in the beginning say no You have to be honest with yourself

  Fast, clear and transparent communication from price to brand options as well as by far the best quote out of 4 others. Called when on the way, arrived on time and performed a fast and professional job changing the front disc and pads of my car. Highly recommended.

  did some diagnostics on the car. found 2 faults, fixed one and gave me advice on the other

  good communication prior to the job. turned up when they said. did the work promptly. friendly. the pricing was a bit vague (one minute the work was £200-250, then it was £250, then it was £300 but with the call out fee (£150) included). I don't have problems with the overall value, it just didnt feel transparent so then I wondered if I should have battered and I dont feel comfortable doing that. but overall would recommend!
