Fantastic, was here within the hour i called. Explained everything to me, was patient with me while i juggled two babies during his stay. Didnt try to make me pay extra for stuff not needed.

Greg communicated with me the whole way through, gave me simple and honest advice, turned up promptly to the job (actually wary which was great!), carried out in 15/20 minutes, amazing work. Followed up with great advice regarding any future issues with door handles.
