We requested Paul to look at the problem of constantly slipping tiles. He thoroughly assessed what was required. We decided to reroof, as our house is approximately 100 years old, and have a redundant chimney stack removed. Quote followed speedily and work commenced within a matter of weeks. Thoroughly professional job now completed. We were constantly kept up to speed with progress and the job was completed in amongst some difficult windy and wet conditions. Would certainly use MGW again and recommend them to anyone who requires a quality roofer.

The weather conditions haven’t help but at each stage of the work undertake, Paul ensured that the roof area was watertight ensuring that we did not incur any internal damage. The attention to detail of the flashings around VELUX Windows and the Chimney stack is impeccable and the replacement guttering provides the final finish to the work. I really like Paul’s demeanour and professionalism. When he came to assess the work he used a drone and showed me my roof, assessing the problem, explaining in detail what work he felt was needed. He followed this up with a comprehensive written quote. When arranging the work his communication was prompt with scaffolders arriving when stated and he was here to meet them. He then started the job on the date agreed, arriving on time each day, weather permitting. He got the work done by the date he said he would. He tidied up after himself each day leaving now rubbish or waste behind.

Came from a recommendation from a neighbour who had used them to reroof his property. On request Paul provided a very detailed quote outlining all the work, the quality of materials to be used, the expected timelines and a competitive price. During the work he provided photographs of the condition of the existing roof, what it looked like when stripped, part completed and the finished article. They were very reliable turning up when they said they would and worked diligently. Throughout the whole process they were helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
