10 Roofing repair and fence replacement

Job location: WA4Mike and his team did a great job and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took time to explain the problem (even taking photos when I couldn't get up to see the problem). They also replaced some broken fencing and the quality of the materials used was excellent. Their prices were reasonable and their workmanship and professionalism was outstanding! I would highly recommend MG Property Maintenance.10 New roof

I really enjoyed doing business with Mike. Found him to be quite humble and he knew intuitively what needed to be done to resolve the damp and mildew issue all along my bedroom wall. They started the job in the morning and while the roof was open with a metre of tiles removed, Mike sent pictures of the wide lengthy gaps where water gets in which caused the damp issues all along the inside of my bedroom wall. Plus pictures of the full repair with new membrane etc then replaced the original tiles giving me peace of mind. The price was reasonable and all was left tidy.
