  Absolutely Fantastic work carried out, very professional, not over priced, cleaned all areas once work on the roof and new soffits, facias and gutters, very friendly and polite guys working on my home. Can't recommend them highly enough, including Mike that came out to survey and quote in the beginning. Many thanks and best regards. I will be using them very soon to replace the flat roof on my garage as well. Chris Paget. Warrington.

  Roofing repair and fence replacement

  Mike and his team did a great job and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took time to explain the problem (even taking photos when I couldn't get up to see the problem). They also replaced some broken fencing and the quality of the materials used was excellent. Their prices were reasonable and their workmanship and professionalism was outstanding! I would highly recommend MG Property Maintenance.

  Mike and he’s team recently completed a whole new roof for us from start to finish he kept us informed of what was going on and was very helpful they left everything clean and tidy would definitely recommend
