Someone from MGN phoned me within an hour of posting the job. We discussed the costs involved and then they turned-up at my house within the next hour and completed the repair to my faulty dishwasher. Excellent service. My experience of this company gives them a five-star rating. I have their business card for any further problems with my kitchen appliances and I won't hesitate to call them again whenever this is necessary.

Electric oven needed replacement. Competitive quote sent promptly even though it was a Sunday afternoon. Agreed a next day appointment slot which was met. Engineer was smart & polite. Job completed to my satisfaction quickly. Would recommend this company.

even if it wasnt posibble to fix it, was possible but very expensive, i am pleased with the service we received. we had our washing machine taken as well, when new one will come just to be installed

Our fridge/freezer's fan was making a loud noise which sounded like the fan bearing had failed. I got a reply within hours of posting the job and Gideon came out the next day to diagnose the issue. He was back within 2 days to install the replacement fan, but unfortunately the fan failed a few hours later. Gideon was back within 2 days with a new fan which fixed the issue. I was charged for the initial diagnosis and the replacement part, but not for the second replacement fan install. Now my fridge/freezer doesn't make a loud noise and my ice and water work! Thanks again Gideon.

Very efficient and honest repair man.
