  Miles was able to come around the same morning (although it wasn't particularly urgent). He diagnosed and fixed my boiler issue in a couple of minutes and gave it an overdue service at the same time, making the job more time and cost-effective for me. Clearly knowledgeable and doesn't just push costly repair or replacement options when they aren't necessary.

  Had a fairly urgent boiler issue with water leaking and Miles was fantastic — quick to respond, great communication, really friendly and put me at ease straight away. He clearly knows his stuff and fixed the problem quickly. I’ll definitely be using him for servicing going forward
